ISSUE #06 · WEBSITE DESIGN

Sites built to actually do something.

Mobile-first, fast, and built around what your business makes or does. A plumber's site should feel like a plumber; a home builder's should feel like a set of drawings. No templates every other shop in town is also using.

// Issue #01 — Live Builds

Not mockups. Live sites.

// Issue #02 — What You Get

A site built to do three jobs.

01 // Found

Get found

Clean, fast, semantic code that Google and AI engines can read. Local SEO and schema baked in from the first line, not bolted on after.

02 // Trust

Look like the real thing

Real photography, real proof, and a design pulled from what your business actually does. Motion is standard on every IHC build.

03 // Convert

Turn visitors into calls

Click-to-call, real forms that land in your inbox, and page loads fast enough that nobody leaves before it paints.

// Issue #03 — How We Work

Four steps. No drama.

From "let's talk" to "we're live" in two to six weeks, depending on scope.

Talk

Free consult. What the business does, who calls, what a good month looks like.

Build

We often build the real site before you've paid for it. You react to a working thing, not a wireframe.

Polish

Your photos, your copy, your corrections. Motion, search, forms, speed — all checked before it ships.

Launch

Live on your domain with nothing lost in search. Month-to-month from there, or not at all.

// Questions we hear every week

Straight answers.

How much does a website cost?
It depends on the scope — a focused landing page is a different job than a ten-page site with inventory. We quote after a free consult, and the number covers the build in full; no surprise line items.
How long does it take?
Most small-business sites go kickoff to launch in two to six weeks. Rush timelines are possible when the scope supports it.
Do I own the site?
Yes. It runs on your domain, under your accounts. If you leave, it goes with you.
WordPress or custom?
Whichever fits. Most IHC builds are custom HTML on Netlify because they load faster and can't be hacked through a plugin. WordPress when you need to edit a lot of content yourself.
I already have a site. Can you just fix it?
Often, yes. A focused half-day of work solves most speed, SEO, mobile and form problems. Sometimes a rebuild is honestly the better move, and we'll say so.
